Julia Woito our owner and psychotherapist

Julia Woito, RP

FOUNDER | CLINICAL DIRECTOR | REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST

With 15 years experience, Julia comes with a breadth of knowledge in different helping vocations, including youth and adult mental health, student wellness and success, coaching, ministry leadership, and poverty-reduction. Her experience allows her to offer a creative and comprehensive treatment model for mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health.  

She is trained in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and Emotion-focused therapy. Julia provides trauma-informed care and trauma treatment with Brainspotting (Phase 2), memory reconsolidating, and parts work. A lover of movement, she is also the lead instructor for many of our fitness and mindfulness classes at our Wellness Studio.

Bryan Bouchard, RP

REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST I BILINGUAL SERVICE (FRENCH AND ENGLISH)

Bryan comes to Life and Hope with over ten years experience in the mental health field. He has experience working with youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings including agencies, schools, and the hospital environment. Bryan provides individualized treatment plans to his clients based on their unique needs and is in constant pursuit of adding to his professional expertise and expanding his knowledge in psychotherapy and counselling. Known for his empathic and upbeat personality, Bryan seeks to support his clients with their therapeutic goals.

Bryan utilizes CBT, mindfulness, humanistic, and existential therapy modalities in his treatment plans. He is also able to provide faith-based counselling and spiritual integration if desired.

Jessica Weaver Psychotherapist

Jessica Weaver, RP(Q)

REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST, QUALIFYING

Jess has provided counselling services internationally and has training and experience in a multitude of areas, including critical incident debriefing, burnout, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and for youth and young adults. She has experience in coaching, ministry leadership, and mental well-being, particularly as it relates to the unique challenges of living in a cross-cultural environment. 

Jess is passionate about meeting people where they’re at and cultivating a safe space for them to face and overcome the obstacles in their path. She operates out of a family systems based approach, but utilizes many different therapeutic models depending on the unique needs of the individual.

Brittany Gendron Psychotherapist

Brittany Gendron, MSW RSW

SOCIAL WORKER (MSW) | PSYCHOTHERAPIST

As a practicing Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW), Brittany provides support to individuals and families at critical points in their lives across. With over a decade of experience, she works from a trauma-informed, client-centered model and sees therapy as a path to build a healthier and more satisfying life; whether though changing thoughts, habits and emotional patterns that no longer serve individuals, while cultivating self-compassion and acceptance for those things we cannot change.

Brittany has a special interest in working with families facing challenges in parenting (i.e. parent-child relationships, child school refusal, parenting stress) and supporting children and youth who experience a variety of social and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management and low self esteem.

Brittany is not accepting new clients at this time.
